Obituary


Carole Elizabeth Isaly, 84, of Beallsville, Ohio died Sunday, March 6, 2022 in Barnesville Hospital.  She was born August 20, 1937 at Captina, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Earl and Freda Loudenberger Yingling.

Carole loved spending time with her family and friends and playing cards and Bingo.  She worked for many years as the barmaid at American Legion Post 768, Beallsville where she was also a member of the Legion Auxiliary.

Left to cherish her memory are four children, Kelvin "Woody" Isaly of the home; Joetta "Jody" (Roger) Shipley of Jerusalem, Brian Isaly and Jamie Isaly, both of Beallsville; five grandchildren, JoeDon Nippert of Sistersville, Donald Nippert of Alledonia, Kaylin Isaly of Beallsville, Trent Isaly of Beallsville, Brittany Taylor of Highpoint, NC; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Thomas Yingling, of Wheeling and a sister, Ruth Ann (Dewey) Haslam of Clarington.

In addition to her parents, Earl and Freda, Carole was preceded in death by her husband, Harry, on October 8, 2020; also by two brothers, Robert and James Yingling and a sister, Mary Jane Hupp. 

In keeping with Carole’s wishes, no visitation or funeral services will be held.
