Emanuel Wilbert Baldwin, 95 of Woodsfield, Ohio and formerly of the Beallsville area, died Thursday, January 21, 2021 while a patient in Genesis Hospice Care's "Morrison House," Zanesville, Ohio. He was born December 6, 1925 in Monroe County, a son of the late Sanford and Alice McDougal Baldwin.
Emanuel was a retired employee of the former CONALCO plant, Hannibal and a member of the First Christian Church, Beallsville.
Surviving are his wife of 74 years, Ruth Ebert Baldwin of Woodsfield; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Barbara Baldwin of Cincinnati; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Jim Barrows of Woodsfield and Linda and Rick Hagan of Jerusalem; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Shirley Baldwin of Clarington; six grandchildren, Dusty Barrows, Scott (Amanda) Hagan, Danae Barrows, Charity (Ramon) Antunez, Chelsea (Ron) Nowakowski, and Stacie Baldwin; seven great-grandchildren; also many friends.
In addition to his parents, Emanuel was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Baldwin and a sister, Wilma Ault.
Family and friends are invited to graveside services on Sunday, January 24 at 1:00pm in Zion Cemetery, Cain Ridge Road, Clarington near the family farm where his beloved wife, Ruth was raised. Wayne Clark will offer words of comfort.
