Bea Decker

Bea Decker, 90, of Woodsfield Nursing and Rehab Center, formerly of Beallsville died Monday, January 3, 2011 in the Center. She was born October 29, 1920 in Paden City, WV, a daughter of the late Harold "Pat"and Ella Price Cecil. She was a member of the Belmont Ridge Christian Church near Beallsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Decker, also by four brothers, Harold, Harry, Bill, and Jimmy Cecil; three sisters, Monelle Clark, Margaret Bowen, and Betty Agin. Surviving are two daughters, Penny Lucas and her husband, Dwight, of Beallsville and Diana Hypes of Reynoldsburg; two granddaughters, Debbie Gehring and her husband, Duane, and Brenda Bondy and her husband, Scott; four great-grandsons, Shawn, Matthew, Nathan, and Shane. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 5 from 3 to 8 PM at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville where funeral services will be held Thursday, January 6 at 11 AM with Jim Russ officiating. Burial will follow in Beallsville Cemetery.
