Beverly A. "Becky" Allar, 64, of Jerusalem died Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at her home. She was born April 22, 1947 near Barnesville, a daughter of the late Clem and Trella Ackerman Froehlich. She was a member of the Somerton United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by a brother, Kelly Froehlich, a sister, Virginia Hickenbottom, and a granddaughter Tiffany Clary. Surviving are husband of 44 years, Irvin Allar; four daughters, Tia (Chris) Baker and Tanya (Steve Reeves) Bright both of Barnesville, Lori (Dale) Richter of Woodsfield, Tonda (Skip Carlin) Clary of Jerusalem; a brother, Donald Froehlich of Jerusalem; 13 grandchildren, Christopher Baker, David, Derek, Dustin, and Daisha Bright, Chris, Ryan, Danielle, Rodney, and Renee` Richter, Tabatha, Chris, and Caitlin Clary. Visitation will be held Saturday from 4 to 8 PM at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville where funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 PM with Pastor Rusty Atkinson officiating. Interment will follow in Beallsville Cemetery.
