Charlotte Irene Lucas, 78, of Beallsville died Monday, May 20, 2013 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born February 24, 1935 near Businessburg, Ohio, a daughter of the late Andrew and Callie Buchanan Warren. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Beallsville. Charlotte loved to play all types of card games and dice; she especially loved her fuzzy kids, "Lucky" and "Little Bit" and her four fuzzy grandkids. Surviving are six children, Rebecca Jane McDougal, Cyril Andrew McDougal, Jackie Ann Ritchea, Darla Elaine Lucas, Kenneth Albert McDougal, and Roseanna Dee Rose; a brother, Harold (Brenda) Warren of Nevada; a sister, Thelma (Richard) Yingling of Beallsville; a sister-in-law, Carol Warren of Beallsville; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Roger Warren, also by a sister, Betty Jo. Visitation will be held Friday, May 24 at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1 PM with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Beallsville Cemetery.
