Emma Lorena Wichterman Parr, (formerly of Beallsville, Ohio) born December 22, 1924 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania died Friday, July 3, 2020 while residing in Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab in Barnesville, Ohio. Emma was the daughter of the late Carl and Lillie Bauer Wichterman. She was married for 53 years to Donald Parr, who along with three sons, Dale, James, and Gene, and also a brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Kaede Wichterman preceded her in death. Surviving are a daughter, Margaret (Ryan) Turner of Beallsville, Ohio; daughters-in-law, Donna Parr of Conroe, Texas and Barbara Parr of Lewisville, Ohio; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren: Anita Parr and children, Pauline, Rachel, and Aaron of Lewisville, Ohio; Jase (Kim) Parr and son, Lucas of Conroe, Texas; Rebekah (Christopher) Workman and children, Gunnar and Lillie of Lewisville, Ohio; Michael (Whitney) Moore and daughter, Zara of Woodsfield, Ohio; Janet (John) Smith and son, Jeremiah of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; Anthony Moore and children, Gianna and Rocco of Canton, Ohio; Jimmy Becca and Emma Turner of Beallsville, Ohio. Emma was a member of the former Beallsville United Methodist Church where she was organist for 45 years, choir director, and producer of many Christmas and Easter Cantatas. She was an accomplished artist whose paintings are proudly displayed at the Washington Street Church of Christ in Beallsville, as well as in numerous chapels, businesses, and homes throughout the area. According to Emma's wishes, no funeral services will be held. Inurnment will take place in Beallsville Cemetery. In keeping with her giving spirit, her family requests that memorial contributions be made in Emma's memory to Beallsville Rally for Life,
