Florence Marie Holland

Florence Holland, 97, of Beallsville died peacefully in her home on July 18, 2022.  She was born on February 25, 1925, a daughter of the late John and Lucinda (Kirkman) West.  She worked at a basket factory in her younger years.  She was a mother of four but an adopted mother to many.  She loved watching nature and wildlife, especially the hummingbirds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Holland, and 12 siblings.

She is survived by sons, Monte (Margo) Holland, Ronnie C. (Pamela) Holland, Ronald A. Holland, and Rex Holland; grandchildren, Tonia Perry, James Perry Jr., Valerie Endsley, Nickolas Holland and Amanda Blankenship; great-grandchildren, Brett, Olivia, Ian, Jaden and Tori.

Friends and Family are encouraged to visit Thursday, July 21 from 4-8pm at Wilson Funeral Home-Harper Chapel, 52728 Ohio Ave., Beallsville, Ohio 43716.  The funeral service will be on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 11am at the funeral home.  Burial will follow to Mt. Zion Cemetery.
