Janell Ann Huffman, 57, of Dublin, died Tuesday, April 16, 2019 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born October 22, 1961 in Barnesville Hospital, the youngest child of the late John, Sr. and May Brownfield Huffman. Janell grew up on the family farm near Jerusalem and graduated from Beallsville High School. She worked for several years caring for others as an Nurse's Aid before moving to the Columbus area and also after relocating. In addition to her parents, Janell was preceded in death by a sister, Joetta Slusser. Surviving are her fiancé, John A. Bott; a sister, Janet Huffman of Jerusalem; four brothers, John, Jr. (Sharon) Huffman, Jeff Huffman, Joey Huffman, and Jay (Teri Jo) Huffman, all of Jerusalem; five nieces and nephews, J.J. (Pam), Shannon, Richard, Chad (Anna), Erica (Jim); 11 great-nieces and nephews, Nikole, Rikki, Remi, Renzi, Jaycee, Payton, Parker, Mason, Hank, Wyatt, and Joie. Visitation will be Thursday, April 18 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville where funeral services will be held Friday, April 19 at 1pm with Minister Bob Graham presiding. Interment follows in Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield. In keeping with Janell's giving spirit, her family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her memory be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
