John Phillip Russ

John Phillip Russ, 59, of Amanda, Ohio died Monday, May 16, 2022 near Carroll, Ohio in Fairfield County.  He was born September 2, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio a son of James Russ, II and the late Roberta Marcum Russ.  John was an employee of Fairfield County Utilities. 

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Cathy Russ, and his father-in-law, Keith Perkins.  Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 40 years, Shelly Perkins Russ; his father, James “Jim” Russ, II of Barnesville; his mother-in-law, Linda Perkins of Alledonia; also many friends.

Visitation will be held at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville, Saturday, May 21 from 11 am until the time of John’s funeral service at 1pm.  Burial will follow in Beallsville Cemetery.
