Larry Dale Jones

Larry Dale Jones, 73, of Beallsville, Ohio (Wilson Community), died Monday, April 20, 2020 at his home. He was born October 14,1946 near Clarington, Ohio, a son of the late Clyde and Buena Talbot Jones. Larry was a proud US Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era and a retired truck driver. He was a member of American Legion Post 768. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kirk Jones. Left to mourn his passing are his son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Shelly Jones of Barnesville; three brothers, Ricky (Kathi) Jones, Randy Jones, and Doug Jones; two sisters, Sandra (Joe) Sheesley and Sue (Jim) Dearth; five granddaughters, Stephanie (Tony) Soto, Ashton Jones (Jeff Curtis), Amanda (Kevin) Arigoni, Jamie Andrews (Bubby Allison) and Bryanna Perkins (Cody Church); 11 great-grandchildren; also several nephews and nieces. Family and friends are invited to attend Larry's graveside service with full military honors by American Legion Post 768 on Friday, April 24 at 1pm at the Cameron Cemetery, Cameron, Ohio. To honor Larry's military service and his involvement with the Beallsville American Legion, his family requests that rather than sending flowers and keepsakes, memorial contributions may be made in Larry's name to "BRAWG,"
