Lela A. Bilyeu

Lela A. Bilyeu, 83, of Beallsville (Wilson Community) died Thursday, September 5, 2013 in the Monroe County Care Center, Woodsfield. She was born September 23, 1929 in Preston County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late William and Goldie Dunn Wolfe. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Harold Bilyeu; three sons, Bill (Patti) Bilyeu of Neffs, Dave Bilyeu of Beallsville, Gary (Ann) Bilyeu of McConnelsville; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lela was preceded in death by a grandson, Mark Bilyeu, also eight brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 AM with Don Thompson officiating. Interment follows in Beallsville Cemetery.
