Mark Alan Erchak

Mark A. Erchak, 55, of Jerusalem died Saturday, June 2, 2012 at his home. He was born September 02, 1956 in Barnesville a son of John Erchak and the late Marlene Cey Erchak Yeager. He was an employee of Ohio Valley Coal Corporation near Beallsville and a member of UMW Local #1810. Surviving in addition to his father, John, of Beallsville, are his wife, Annette Perkins Erchak; four sons, Nick (Teri) Erchak of Lebanon, KY; Antony, Alex, and Darien Erchak, all of the home; two brothers, John F. Erchak of Stoutsville and Joe Erchak of Beallsville; two sisters, Bridget (Ray) Swallie of Beallsville and Babbette (Steve) McDougal of McArthur. According to Mark's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services, however a gathering of friends will be planned by his family at a later date.
