Pam Ann Crum Milhoan, 62, of Belmont, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at her home after a three-year battle with pulmonary fibrosis. She was born February 28, 1955 in Beallsville, a daughter of the late Bernard and Stella Pittman Crum. Pam was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and she enjoyed working and relaxing in her yard. Surviving are her husband, Howard Milhoan; daughters, Shari (James) Kessler, Melissa (Grant) Gossett, Magan and Sheila Milhoan; step-children, Rick (Reva) Milhoan, Annette (Darrell) Goff, and Shannon Lippencott; 11 grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Jean (Harold) Mobley. Friends will be received Saturday, June 10 from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 2pm at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville with Barry Peters officiating. Burial follows in Bend Fork Cemetery, near Belmont.
