Pam Phillips, 63, of Jerusalem, Ohio died Sunday, September 13, 2020 at her home. She was born September 9, 1957 in Guernsey County, Ohio. Surviving are her husband, Jerry Phillips; children, Jerald Phillips and Leslie Phillips Stephens and her husband, Charlie; grandchildren, Shania Phillips, Dakota Phillips, Makenna Phillips, Lindsey Robinson, Lauren Robinson, and Taylor Stephens; a brother, Roger and a sister, Patti. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, William and Hazel Shipley and Helen Mosley. In keeping with Pam's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. In lieu of flowers and keepsakes, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
