Elizabeth "Peg" Pittman, 82, of Malaga, died Friday, May 30, 2014 while staying at the home of her grandson in Woodsfield. She was born November 24, 1931, a daughter of the late Hobert and Florence Stephens Farnsworth. In addition to her parents, Peg was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence in 2000; two brothers, and two sisters. Surviving are five sons, Ronnie (Kay) Shaffer of Barnesville, Gary (Darla) Pittman and Rodney Pittman, both of Woodsfield, Alan Pittman, and Jerry (Tina) Pittman, both of Lewisville; three brothers, Hubert Farnsworth, Clayton Farnsworth, and Larry Farnsworth; two sisters, Mary Nalley, and Evelyn Stimpert; 17 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 AM with Minister Brent Roth officiating. Interment will follow in Jerusalem Cemetery.
