Ralph Perkins, 78, of Beallsville died Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Barnesville Hospital. He was born April 8, 1935 near Beallsville, a son of the late Rev. Richard and Pauline Taylor Perkins. He was a retired employee of the Switzerland of Ohio School district where he worked in maintenance. In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by a grandson, Karl G. Klatka, also by a sister, Mary Hoover. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Norma Mobley Perkins; two daughters, Janet (Rich) Barnes of Diamond and Sharlene Sanford (Adam Stanton) of Sagamore Hills; his twin brother and sister, Eddie (Joyce) Perkins and Eleanor (Bernie) Craig, both of Beallsville; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild with another great great grandchild to arrive in July. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 AM with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Beallsville Cemetery.
