A private gathering at the funeral home will be held at a time of the family's choosing. Knowing there are many friends and relatives who would like to pay their respects by attending Rick's visitation or funeral service, on behalf of his family we, at the Harper Funeral Home would like to express apologies that this current situation requires that funeral services be limited to only the immediate family. However in keeping with Rick's giving spirit and his involvement with the charity Poker Run, "Beallsville Remembers All Who Gave," honoring the Veterans Benefit Fund of American Legion Post 768, his family asks that in lieu of flowers and gifts, you might consider making a memorial contribution to BRAWG, c/o WesBanco Beallsville, PO Box138, Beallsville, Ohio 43716.
