Ruth Ann (Johnson) Thompson

Ruth Ann Thompson, 65, of Beallsville, Ohio died Thursday, March 10, 2022 at her home.  She was born March 13, 1956 in Barnesville, Ohio a daughter of the late Arley and Beulah Bolon Johnson. 

In addition to her parents, Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Thompson, a brother, Jim, and an infant brother, John Paul.  Surviving are a sister, Connie (Bill) Ward and a brother, Steve (Teresa) Johnson; a sister-in-law, Sandra Johnson; nieces and nephews, Pam (Dan) Stewart, Lisa (Larry) Burkhart, John Ward, Shelly Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Steve (Chana) Johnson, and Holly (Jeff) Bergman; several great nieces and great-nephews. 

Private services will be held at a time of the family’s choosing.  In lieu of flowers and keepsakes, Ruth Ann’s family requests that memorial contributions be made to Crossed Paws Animal Shelter,  41383 Stonehouse Road Woodsfield, OH 43793.
