Sylvia Pearl Passmore

Sylvia Pearl Passmore, age 86, formerly of Jerusalem, Ohio died Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Hickory, North Carolina. She was born in Jacobsburg, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Della Parker Hines. Sylvia and her late husband, George Passmore were life-long farmers who spent their lives in service to the Lord, eagerly sharing their faith with others each day. She was a member of the former Church of God in Beallsville. In addition to her parents and her husband, Sylvia was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan. Surviving are three sons, Mark Passmore, Terry (Lori) Passmore, and Thomas (Gail) Passmore; eight grandchildren; six (with soon to be seven) great-grandchildren; also brothers, sisters, and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call Tuesday, September 25 at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville.from 2pm until a time of sharing at 6:30pm. Burial will take place in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain.
