Vaughn L. Long, 53, of Beallsville, Ohio died Sunday, June 24, 2018 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. He and his twin sister, Vicki, were born May 28, 1965 in Barnesville, Ohio, to James "Herman" and Lyda Long. Vaughn was an experienced tree trimmer and a friend to everyone he met. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and Woodsfield FOE #2302. In addition to his parents, Jim and Lyda Long of Beallsville and his twin sister, Vicki (Scott) Lohr of Sardis, Vaughn is survived by three children, Jessica (Tyler) Davis of Barnesville, Cody Good, and Colton (T'Keyah) Long, both of Newark; twin grandchildren, Tytis and Teagon Davis; niece and nephew, Leslie Lohr and Nicholas (Cassady) Lohr; a special friend, Pam Jones of Beallsville. Visitation will be Friday, June 29 at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville from 6pm until the time of a memorial service at 8pm with Herb Alexander, Minister of Grace Christian Church, Woodsfield presiding.
